Event Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Independent planning, management and implementation of events, incentives and conferences

  • Preparation of quotations and presentations

  • Independent management and coordination of customers and partners

  • Budgeting, planning and cost control

  • Location scouting, including preliminary trips

  • Commissioning, coordinating and liaising with external service providers

  • On-site support for our events in Italy

  • Active participation in the planning of sustainable events

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in event project management, preferably in an agency environment. 

  • Ideally, a degree in a relevant field of study.

  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills in German and English. In addition, you have at least a basic knowledge of Italian and would like to expand your language skills.

  • Structured approach to work with high standards of quality and service

  • Self-image as an integrative team player, assertiveness, calmness and warmth

  • Enjoyment of communication, flexibility, creativity and commitment

  • High reliability and personal responsibility

  • Interest in sustainability in the MICE industry
