(at our agency in Rome, Italy)

What can you expect?

From day one, you will be fully integrated into our team. Together, we’ll explore what excites you most and aligns best with your goals.

Of course, we won’t leave you without a clear idea of your tasks:

You will participate in events organized by us and gain insights into the preparation, follow-up, and execution phases.
You will attend our weekly team meetings and actively contribute.
A special task for you will be to explore the trendy and young venues in Rome and report back to us internally. You will gather your insights using photos (smartphone) and short texts — we call this location scouting!
You will maintain our database and fill out Excel sheets that we use for event planning.
Depending on your interests and prior experience, you will assist our project managers with location scouting and handling offers/pitches.
As a team member, you will also take part in internal team coaching sessions, if they take place during your internship period.

Framework conditions

You have some basic knowledge of Italian and would like to improve your language skills.
Your internship will last a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 6 months on-site in Rome.
For long-term internships (6 months), there is a monthly ticket for local public transport (extends to the sea) as well as a contribution towards local living costs.
You can join at any time.
